If your social anxiety is that severe can’t you get medicine for it? Starving yourself seems counterproductive if your goal is to fix your brain.

There are a lot of sources on the internet that say a lack of certain vitamins and minerals can cause hair loss. I’ve seen a few replies in other threads stating that this is not a real thing and just made up by people that are in denial about having male pattern baldness. There’s no doubt lack in these things...

It probably not being male pattern baldness doesn’t mean I’m not balding.

On the left side of my face my hairline (actual non vellus miniaturized whatever hair) starts behind my ears so I doubt nothing is going on but I am pretty sure its not male pattern baldness.

Because I also think something is happening with my hair?
