My comment was for you to research them and find the ones that you feel would most benefit your situation, not go out and buy everything that I am taking.

Are your biotin levels low? Do you not eat foods high in biotin? If either of those two are the case then supplementation or eating foods high biotin would be a good choice. Its really cheap and considered GRAS so there is nothing to worry about.

What I am taking has stopped any further loss for me. Of course you might need less or something totally different. This has worked for me. It is IH's regimen plus a couple additional things.
I disagree and feel that magnesium is great for health and should not affect your hair negatively, but only in the right doses and from the right sources.
cacao is a great source of magnesium amongst other things.
