I’ve been using Kerium Intensif from La Roche Posay twice a week for 9 months. It’s an anti-dandruff & exfoliating shampoo with 1% piroctone olamine & 1.4% salicylic acid. It costs $20 for 125ml, but one bottle will last for 6-7 months. I use it as a pre wash (5 min.) on my Nizoral days.

I don’t think Revita has a 2% Ketoconazole concentration. OTC Ketoconazole must be 1% or less (in the US).
