Is SLS in shampoo really that bad??? I use Nioxin

Have you ever heard of contributing factors? I'm not using a natural shampoo to grow hair. I would just rather keep unecessary chemicals off my body. Propecia and minoxidil have been proven to work while using a normal shampoo. That doesn't mean that using an SLS shampoo isn't hindering your...

    Natural hair and skin products

The more I look at shampoo and body wash labels, the more I regret putting that crap on my skin. Even if SLS isn't as harmful as some say, there's certainly no benefit. I see no good reason to use a shampoo with it as an ingredient. There's plenty of natural options. Frankly, the disgusting...

    gyno.....confused here

Gyno is the easiest thing to prevent. There's no reason to worry about it. Tamoxifen works good for gyno symtoms. If you've had the symtoms awhile, letrozole will take care of it.

    Curetage?

It is beyond me why people would waste time telling others to search. The man was asking for input. I don't think Google can engage someone in a discussion.

    How's this for experimental: marijuana

Follow me here. I'm now 27 and noticed hair loss when I was about 21. By the time I was 23, there was significant receding in the front corners. It was around this time, I started regularly smoking for pot. Minoxidil's effectiveness is based on its action as a vasodilator. The THC found in...

    Topical solutions: corticosteroids, antiandrogens, estrogen?

If topical anti androgens work to some degree for hairloss, wouldn't compounds have similar function be useful? For example, a steroid such as testosterone, obviously, increase testosterone levels in the body. An aromatase inhibitor (anti estrogen) increases testosterone also, albeit at a...

    Treating Puffy nipples/Gyno

You do not want gyno or symtoms hanging around long. My advice is to stamp it out as quick as possible. The longer you have it, the harder it is to get rid of. Tamoxifen may help stop it, but it is difficult to get rid of with just that. I would get on letrozole 1.25mg ED should knock it out...

thanks for the reply. Would this help regrow my front hairline? I have fine vellus hairs in the front, receding corners. Is it possible to turn those into full grown hairs?

    Can someone give a recommendation?

Hi, I just registered. I'm 27 and my hairline is noticeably receding. Currently, I'm a Norwood 2. Any recommendations to improve would be very helpfull. I've noticed my hair thinning in the front since my early twenties. Luckily, it hasn't progressed too far. My scalp is still full. I was...
