Gyno is the easiest thing to prevent. There's no reason to worry about it. Tamoxifen works good for gyno symtoms. If you've had the symtoms awhile, letrozole will take care of it.

You do not want gyno or symtoms hanging around long. My advice is to stamp it out as quick as possible. The longer you have it, the harder it is to get rid of. Tamoxifen may help stop it, but it is difficult to get rid of with just that. I would get on letrozole 1.25mg ED should knock it out...
