You can buy it online like an over the counter thing, I think Amazon banned it in the UK, it’s closest relative or non active/less potent form would be Indole 3 Carbinol

DIM is supposed to help metabolise Estrogen from a bad pathway to a good pathway but supposedly it also acts like an anti androgen so when I took it with finasteride/propecia I ended up with tender breasts and breast tissue confirmed by ultrasound.

I was only using 100mg too. Even on 50mg it was causing puffy nipples

DIM causes gyno if you’re on Finasteride. Avoid it.

From what I’ve read, finasteride uses the same pathway of 5AR inhibition to inhibit progesterone. I have a hormonal panel before I started. I’ll go through my archives and try finding it.
