I would consider it receding, I dont buy into the mature hair loss because if it receded... Well then its receding otherwise it wouldnt have receded. I wouldnt worry to much as you still look to have a good head of hair, finasteride can maybe prevent or slow down a receding hair loss.

Yeah I dont know, Im a runner and I hope that doesnt effect my hair. I always that remaining healthy is a factor for not losing hair and exercise is a way of staying healthy. The correlation makes no sense to me

I think the mature hair loss definition is pretty vague, because if your hair recedes some then thats the sign of a receding hair loss.
