I definitely suffer from overall thinning, but crown area and temples are the worst. 2010/11 was when I was thinnest in the crown area. I don’t know if I went below baseline when I started finasteride. It was so long ago. I don’t think I did though.

I should add that I’m glad I took an 8-week break. Had I found those hairs when I suddenly switched to dutasteride, I would have been panicking and blaming the dutasteride.

I read that and my interpretation was that the guy had taken Dutasteride before, during a 7 year period. He then switched to finasteride, and has now switched back to dutasteride. I read his story that finasteride and dutasteride (pills) haven't worked, so he's trying liquid dutasteride.
