Im in the same situation. I have a full head of hair, just not as dense as it was when I was 19. I'm a diffuse thinner, but its well hidden with my current hairstyle. :-) The minoxidil has been working, one application each night isn't much of an inconvenience for me anyways. And missing 1-2...

After my experience the past year, I wish I never went on propecia. I started off with 1mg, after 3 mo. experienced side effects. Went from an 8in. hard-on to being limp. Crazy! I got off it for a few months, everything went back to normal. Got back on, started with .25mg, and the sides...

if you've been seeing side effects on dutasteride, why not take a low dosage of propecia.... i reduced my dosage down to .25mg and the side-effects have decreased dramatically. They are almost completely gone.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to cut the dosage down to 0.25mg/day and that should bring everything back to normal. I'm seeing a very very hot girl... who literally attacks the c***... and I need my bad-boy back to his old self.

This is my second and last time back on finasteride (1mg), and the low libido has come back. Forget this, I'm sticking with minoxidil and nizoral 2%!! And yes, I do understand it may lose effectiveness after 2 years, and it only stimulates growth not upkeep, but I don't care!!! If you're experiencing BAD...
