Minoxidl was used specifically as a blood pressure medication. As for your blood pressure being lower or higher affecting hair loss, I doubt it. How much minoxidil are you using? the recommended dose Is 1ml.

I don't see there being any problem with a shed as the strengths are both 5%. Lipogaine just has extra stuff in it such as b12, B6 etc.

I used the foam. I would fill the cap up with foam then submerged half the cap into hot water to melt it. I would then use a dropper to suck it up and apply it. I liked the foam better because it didn't make the hair look greasy when applied this way.
