I think if you are going to put styling products on your hair,use brands specifically that deal with fine/thinning hair.I use Progaine(made by the makers of Rogaine),Nioxin also sell some styling products for people like us.They probably don't have all the harsh chemicals in them.

Ha Ha very funny prez,actually my wife bought it for herself,she is the one that uses it year round.I just use it during the summer so I don't look like a ghost in the middle of summer.Plus I don't have time to lay out in the sun during the prime time to sun(10:00-2:00).
