I bought one of those battery operated vibrating hair brushes...
I use it in circular patterns until all thinning areas at the frontal hairline are
reddened.
Do you think, with daily use, this will help or hurt?
I have heard conflicting reports.
I can say that it increases body / fullness...
Researching a lot of organic shampoos (free of SLS and most harsh chemicals / cleansers) and it seems to come down to two different shampoos.
Any thoughts on the merits or downside of either?
1. Aubrey Organics - Camomile Luxurious Volumizing Shampoo
2. Avalon Natural Products - Biotin...
Saw Palmetto?
Apple Polyphenols Extract?
Is there anything that is safe and "natural" that has been documented to halt hair loss like Finasteride?
Or is it all bunk and snake-oil?!
Any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks for the information. One of these studies was based on using Nizoral 1-4x per week.
However, most only use it 1-2 x per week and supplement with another shampoo.
Any thoughts about frequency? I was only going to use it once per week or so...
Looking to use something that will help with thinning (look thicker) and also slow / reverse hairloss.
Wondering about organic shampoos?
Jason thin-to-thick or Avalon Organics B-Complex look like the two best?
Any slowed hairloss with shampoo?
Thanks in advance!
