Using Finasteride Whilst Trying To Conceive

Update on this: We had a baby girl end of last year. No problems. I was worried too prior to conception. It seems that the main risk is really that you would have low sperm count rather than it affecting the baby in any way. According to Bernstein medical there's no risk to the baby.

3.75 Months On 5% Min - Time To Give Up?

You're making good solid progress. Amazing when you look back at your first photos. I've recently added Dutasteride weekly while continuing finasteride daily. Initially I took it every three days to build it up in the system and then back to once/week. Can't afford to take it more often. Also a...

    Finasteride Gel, Minimal System Absorption?

Thanks for sharing the study. It's encouraging. Not sure where you would find that gel but you can get Morr F 5% which is a liquid version of the same type of thing. I recently ordered it from India. Should start using it soon. Personally I haven't had much in the way of side effects from...

Great Success After 4 Months On Finasteride/minoxidil

@SaigonBlues Would you say your hairline fully recovered? Just wondering how realistic it is to expect hairline recovery. Thanks.

Essential Oils And Topical Saw Palmetto?

Hi, In my experience, I would agree with you re 1.5mm. I use 1.5 every night before applying minoxidil. It seems to help absorption. I'm starting to see some results having been on minoxidil for over a year properly and derma-rolling properly for over 6 months. My hair is definitely looking...

When Should I Get A Hair Transplant? Now Or When I'm Balder?

Would you try minoxidil? I had little improvement with finasteride alone but with minoxidil my hair is definitely thickening.

I Need Dutasteride Here In Denmark Where I Live.

No problem. I've read a lot of people say that minoxidil and finasteride together can be greater than either on it's own. They seem to work in a kind of symbiosis. As per this website, the best advice is to start with proven treatments, i.e min, finasteride, and ketoconazole. Then if they work you can start to...

I Need Dutasteride Here In Denmark Where I Live.

Would you order from India? I've ordered from allday chemist. They're legit. Also, you could try indiamart. It's supposed to be for re-sellers but I queried a price for topical finasteride and many companies responded giving me prices to ship to UK. Have you tried minoxidil at all? I...

Moved To Europe-looking For Reliable Place To Buy Dutasteride

I've bought it from allday chemist. They're in India. Cheap to ship to Europe. Only been using it for a short while but have been ordering finasteride from them since last year.

Finally success treating my hair loss with Avodart (Dutasteride)

Hi @dm900 , I've been on finasteride for a few years. Seem to be holding on to what I have. Also on min which seems to be thickening things up slowly. I recently ordered some dutasteride with a view to boosting my results. I can't afford to do it every day so I ordered enough for once/week dosage...

Not Sure I Care Enough To Start Finasteride.

I would guess most would wish they had done something straight away. I think back to my early thirties and I had a lot of hair but could see I was losing. It still didn't look too bad so you kind of forget about it. I think for me I wasn't sure how to order, how much it would cost...those...

Not Sure I Care Enough To Start Finasteride.

From my experience the tablet doesn't cause too much in the way of side effects so there's not a lot to lose. If you leave your hair for a few years and it gets worse you may regret not doing something sooner. I do.

Using Finasteride Whilst Trying To Conceive

Hi @canadiankid03 , I recently went through this. We were planning to start trying for a baby later this year. Back in March we found out we were pregnant. I'm hoping everything will be okay. I was hoping to stop finasteride and use a topical while trying to conceive but obviously that ship...

I know where you're coming from but that's actually 75 a month. Almost a grand a year. You can get generic for about a tenth the price.
