I started using the foam a week ago and my hair is way thinner than before. Kind of freaked me out when I saw how thin the front of my hair was today. Is this just part of the shed? Will the hairs grow back thicker?

Currently I put the foam in, brush my teeth and get dressed. Brushing and teeth and getting dressed takes around 10 minutes. Is this enough time? I put pomade in my hair and blowdry it into place. Is it bad to blowdry it this early? Also is it ok to use a hair straightener after applying the foam?
