I doubt everyone who has had a transplant is taking those meds. A toupee would get smelly/itchy every few days wouldn't it? Seems like too much maintenance to have to wash it and glue it back on every few days. Or everyday if you workout.

I have black hair and light skin and I've always used hair fibers to conceal my thinning hair. One time I lathered my scalp with JustForMen hair color and after I washed it off it had darkened my scalp and really helped with concealing the thinning.
