As far as I know Retin-A thins the skin to allow deeper penetration would make sense you put the spironolactone after the Retin drys

Hello yes you have to stick to it for at least a year to assess if it is working for you or not. I highly suggest you get some blood work down, like Hormone levels and Liver levels and recheck them every 3 months! Finally I think you should add Minoxidil to your regimen!

Personally, I think those are very rare I have had no problems with minoxidil, and if you do shed and it doesn't come back then it wasn't meant to be, period, or DHT is not the problem. Either way, now that you have stopped DHT for a while, minoxidil would fit in perfect along with Nizoral shampoo...
