Ugh, I’m not sure if I’m being paranoid or if needling made my hairline become noticeably thinner. I’ve needled once a week for about 2 months, and I’m on the big 3. I wish I took some before photos to compare with, because I’m worried I’ve thinned our more on the front.

I’ve been considering trying a few sessions if platelet rich plasma if the cost has gone down since I last heard of it a few years ago. Anyone have experience with it? Is it something you can benefit from a few sessions, or do you have to stay consistent?

Random question: how often should we wash our hair to minimize damage? I try not to wash everyday, but using minoxidil twice a day leaves my scalp itchy if I don’t wash.

I’m not sure if I’m just paranoid (poor lighting, etc) or if I notice worse shedding. I think I’m going to hold off on the rolling for a while. I’m also seeing my cosmetic surgeon that prescribed me finasteride for my yearly follow up soon and ask him what he thinks of rolling.

Hey guys, I’ve been thinking of switching to 1.0 mm on the derminator 2 for a while because I’m paranoid that the shedding from the bleeding I’m getting from 1.5-1.75 mm is counterproductive. Anyone have experience or knowledge with these lower needle settings? Is it just a waste of time?
