    The Ben Affleck/Kevin Smith Thread!

I don't think it was J-Lo. The post was written in 2006. They were broke up then. Affleck would have been with Jennifer Garner at that time. But still...same question would apply.

Tricomin - 1 week - losing lots of hairs.

Been using Tricomin for 1 week. I do like it compared to other shampoos, but, Man, I am losing lots of hairs from it. Long 6 inch ones. Is this common? I'd be worried more but I'm having a hair transplant in April. So a few less hairs isn't so big a deal to me right now.

Does Rogaine cause extra forehead and facial hair for you?

I am shaving more often and my eyebrows have gotten thicker, which I don't mind, I always had thin-ish eyebrows.

Advice Needed, Thinking Of Quiting minoxidil.

It's been 6 months now. No results. minoxidil has eaten away my frontal hairline. I'm having bad side effects since taking it. At work the other day a co-worker snapped a pic of myself. When she showed it to me I was horrified to see I had fattened heavily in my face, and was developing extra flab...

    Rogaine foam in Canada?

No, you can't buy it in stores in Canada. Just the 2% liquid. Do what I do and buy your foam from Ebay. Sometimes you can get it for only $5.00 a can.

    Revita vs Tricomin vs Nizoral??

I have been using Nizoral. Not much the past 2 months because I've been giving Revita a good go. But I never had such symptoms from nizoral. I find nizoral a good shampoo. Not great but good. It does make my scalp feel good. what it's doing for hair growth I can't say. But yes, Revita has caused quite a...

    Revita vs Tricomin vs Nizoral??

I feel I should chime in. I've been using Revita almost daily for about 7 weeks now. (Too much? Maybe.) Anyway, I'm not having good results like some members here have. In fact a GREAT DEAL of my hair has fallen out while on it. That's about it. Around the 2nd or 3rd week my head kept stinging...

Seeking Advice on very good hair transplant physicians in Canada.

Actually during my consult, I think the man said the doctors who actually perform the procedure are flown in from Toronto. I wonder if these are the same doctors. They fly down here about once a month apparently.

damn what the hell is going on?

This sounds exactly like what is happening to me. Thinner hair everywhere, much more visible scalp, itching, fuzzy patches. This is my 16 month on Proscar. I think I should stop. If it gets worse I'll just get a hair transplant.

    Irishpride86's Story - (22 / Propecia 7 month update PICS!)

Re: Irishpride86's Story - (22 / Propecia 4 mounth update PICS!) Lately I have. I chalk it up to being on the Rogaine foam a month and a half now. But over the past years - I have felt an intense (not pleasent) tingling on my scalp. Like pins and needles or something. And when applying minoxidil...

Seeking Advice on very good hair transplant physicians in Canada.

Well..I'm at that point. Considering a hair transplant. You can read my story in 'Tell MY Story" section so I won't go into it here. Anyway, the one place around here that does it - I didn't get the best feeling from them. I asked them if they would work on my back and sides (sides of my head - not...

    Irishpride86's Story - (22 / Propecia 7 month update PICS!)

Re: Irishpride86's Story - (22 / Propecia 4 mounth update PICS!) I'm kind of in the same boat regarding Proscar. 3 weeks ago a specialist told me I had a good chance of keeping what I had while on it. 2 days ago A family physician told me to quit the Proscar. It's been on my mind a few weeks...

Nate's Story -(34 /Hair Thin everywhere, Extreme recission.)

Thought I'd update...Been on Foam almost a month and a half now. Aside from making my forehead and temples really oily i didn't see improvement. In fact I believe I've lost more hair. I'm losing it on my scalp. I can feel soft bristly patches on my head now. I rub the foam in all over now. I was...

Is using a blow dryer bad for your hair ?

You can get hair dryers with warm and cool settings. This is what I use. And Instead of thinning my hair it gives volume. Use the Warm setting.

Nate's Story -(34 /Hair Thin everywhere, Extreme recission.)

Well I've been on minoxidil foam for a week and a half now. Is it supposed to cause headaches because I'm getting them. I apply it mostly to my temples. But I use it on my scalp too. My hair was long last week but I (stupidly) cut it this week to try and thicken it. And hope the minoxidil would get to...
