I have difficulty sleeping at times. I've tried valerian forte (blackmores) pills occasionally and have found them to have no real effect... Didn't realise it builds up in your system over time though - I'll try that.. Cheers.

. sheds are a good thing. It indicates your follicles are reacting to the treatment & expelling the weak hairs to begin regenerating thicker, stronger new hairs :) I was still shedding into my 3rd moth of treatment before seeing great re-growth so don't despair it takes time...

. I train 5 days a week and at 6 foot 2 I was a pretty stocky 100 kilos after starting proscar (finasteride) I shot up too 110 kilos with the same diet & training (mostly fat :o ).. But after a few weeks/ months I tweaked my diet a little and I am in better shape now then I've ever been...

. I once bothered cutting my proscar into precise little quarters. Now though I just take bites out of it. As long as I eat a whole pill every 4 days I'm happy, some days I eat a little too much etc. but hey it works... The test results for finasteride indicate small intake variations...

. My left ear fell off after 4 months of minoxidil. application. Thankfully though the new hair growth is able to cover the gaping hole in my skull. Best of luck...
