Would using Propecia really be so bad? I figure it wouldn't hurt, and could prolong hair loss for quite a while..I'm not worried about the cost, so much as the effect. Is it possible for minoxidil to thin my hair though? I want to make sure that I am not actually balding, but I had a full thick head of hair prior. Have you heard of this happening before? Thanks, Matt

Also, why would stopping the minoxidil cause a shed after stopping? The hairs left on my head were there prior to starting the minoxidil, so I don't understand why stopping minoxidil would cause them to fall out. Thanks again, Matt
