Exactly correct. Some people are hypersensative to minoxidil. Just like some people have reactions to many different types of drugs. And yes, minoxidil is a drug. So, individuals can react badly to it. But for most people there is no problem with using it, as long as they aren't dumping way...

I often wondered if people who see skin and eye issues use too more than the recommended dosage (1 ml of the 5% concentration twice per day)...
