I think I`d rather be a receder because its easier to get a hair transplant. I would kill to be able to get one but can`t cause my donor area is thinning too. Also treatments aren`t maintaining for me anymore.

Maybe the meds do lose a bit of effectiveness over time but DHT is ever present in our blood and scalps and more is produced as we age. At 30 years old, I've had an explosion of body and arm hair and more diffuse thinning along with it.

Some dht affected hair is lost in a mature hairline, the rest is either not dht sensitive or just more resistant.

Many men get mature hairlines. Those that have it lose only a slight amount of dht sensitive hair at the hairline, any more and its male pattern baldness.

Just keeping it light hearted bro, not anything scientific just my observations. I'm not saying any race is inferior or superior, only male pattern baldness sucks and takes too much of my time.

I'm not too sure why asians tend to bald less or slower. Perhaps it has somthing to do with greater levels of testosterone and therefore dht. I'm asian, but I think i'm balding at pretty much the same as some white dudes so I guess it doesn't really matter we all end up at the same place...
