Advice for Thinning Vertex & Crown

I think propecia will be enough for you, maybe add nizoral shampoo but other then that your not that bad off, give it a shot to see how you progress before trying to add anything else.

    spironolactone+Revivogen combination

according to dr lee, topical spironolactone will not cause a shed, i've been on it for about 4 months, no shed and it seems to be working well, applying to hairline and it's thickening up a little.

Which is better: Folligen Cream or Lotion?

correct, the guy on proctors site who more then anything else grew his hair longer for the after pic, that one has been around for 10+ years. some of these products may actually work as good add-ons to the big 3 but i've wasted enough money in my life to not throw more away on bad websites...

I know propecia usually doesnt regrow in the front but.....

it's very possible that it will not only stop but also thicken up the front, you could also get some regrowth, more likely if you added minoxidil.

Which is better: Folligen Cream or Lotion?

pretty good results, but i swear i saw the pics 10 years ago when i first started researching treatments, has he maintained? does he have more recent pics? thanks for your input on folligen, I think for now i'm going to stick with spironolactone, i've been using for about 2 months and i'm starting to...

Which is better: Folligen Cream or Lotion?

how about the spray, have you tried that? of the 3 which would you recommend? also, off topic question or observation, why is it that all the companies that sell the non-conventional hair loss products have the worst websites? trying to navigate folligen.com is awful and if it's even worse at...

what would you do if you had my hair?

i don't think you were insensitive at all, i used to think 40's was old, now not so much! I actually started taking 2mg of finasteride a day about a month ago, just to see how I'd react to it, so far no sides and hope that will help slow things down for awhile. I have to figure out now how i'm going to...

Has anyone switched from 5% to 15% and got better results?

xandrox15 is a little sticky, i still thinks it's as bad as regualar 5% minoxidil (rogaine or generic), but if you want a fast drying, nonsticky product, I do highly reccomend dr lee's 12.5%.

what would you do if you had my hair?

thanks nene, I understand what your saying and i thought i'd feel the same way myself when i was younger. there is no question that the meds have been very good to me, but as i close in on 40, hairloss is something that still effects me, maybe it's for slightly different reasons now then when i...

If You Want To Regrow Hair; Read This Article!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the same question, thought maybe it was just me not being intelligent enough to understand, but this article is not really about hairloss at all and am really unclear on why this would be an important read in this forum?

    Best Minoxidil for diffuse thinning?

I think all minoxidil products can potential give you regrowth in the frontal/hairline, so it really doesn't matter which you chose. i personally prefer dr lee's because of it's fast drying and does not cause irritation and chose to use a higher concentration, 15%, but if you going to use 5%...
