I'm using oral dutasteride and oral minoxidil (10mg). I'm in the UK, I pay about £80 for over a year's worth of oral minoxidil and about £240 a year for dutasteride. Although my prices are pounds, $99/month seems expensive.

Zeiring gave a quote today for 1500 grafts into the scar which sounds a lot to me given that its quite thin. They're quoting £4.50 a graft too which seems expensive. Any advice on whether it's worth going abroad again?
