The simple answer is DHT isn’t only cause if male pattern baldness. I use Duasteride occasionally.. it has a really long half life. So my DHT levels are probably 90% reduced. Hair loss stabilized. I think minoxidil has about played out its usefulness. I bought a kilo of it.. If you take too much orally you will get rapid heartbeat..I still use it in various ways.. but truthfully never did a thing to report..
RU, Pyrilutamide.. topicals do little to nothing by themselves.. Because if a eunuch is bald & becomes a eunuch his hair doesn’t typically grow back. Something is missing
Minoxidil has tons of research.. Unfortunately for vast majority it is not the answer or any answer. You could inject it into your skull with no perceptible results.
I’ve tried it & still try it in 10 different strengths & formulations with no results.

Just take the recommended Duasteride dose.. Don’t need to increase it. When I first tool it I noticed a growth spurt almost immediately.. then slowed down.
