Re: mixing Crinagen with Folligen? Yes, I would go with the crinagen in your case. As far as a good shampoo on the days your not using nizoral, I would recommend Thicker Fuller Hair shampoo. Its cheap, $4 for a 12 oz bottle, and will thicken your hair up a bit, and even moisturize it some.

Yes, very similar to thicker fuller hair shampoo, at about twice the price.

Its completely normal to have large sheds when using minoxidil, even several months after you started. It often means your a good responder, and hopefully you will get some regrowth. Good luck.

I've tried the shampoo. It isn't the worst i've ever used, but it's average at most and not worth the money.

You can get a prescrip. thru your doctor. The other thing people are talking about is proscar, which is the same thing as propecia but 5 times the dosage (5mg).

You usually need to apply it 2x a day for any regrowth, 1x a day may be good enough for maintenance.

I pay around $20 a month for proscar, but i get it without prescription. I imagine if you can get your Doctor to write you a presrip. you could get it even cheaper. If you can't get a prescrip. for it you will have to order it online, but you will still save a lot of money over propecia.
