Topical Spironolactone (30 pills) + Diane-35 (21pills) + Sandalore 1ml in Stemoxydine 100ml - this is what I do now for about a month plus topical dutasteride, finasteride 1.25mg every day and topical minoxidil. Hopefully, it helps with testosterone in the scalp.

Just keep using it for at least 1-2 years, for the full effect about 3 years. If you stop minoxidil you going to experience a bigger shed than what you have now.

Maybe try to add Tretinoin to minoxidil + light microneedeling right before application? Tretinoin increases the effectiveness of minoxidil, I just started to do it for the last weeks, can't say about any results for now
