Possibly. The prostate produces (some) of the fluid that makes your semen white/thick/sticky, so by taking Finasteride you will stop it functioning properly as it needs adequate DHT levels. I think the fluid is needed for the sperm to remain healthy, so without it the quality may decline.

From my experience, no - it caused my to age a few years in the space of 6 months. Skin seemed thicker, less elastic and less 'youthful'. However, 3 months on MK-677 has helped immensely.
