I don't have experiencing making a mold for temporal hair and sideburns. My mold only is for the forehead, crown, and vertex. You could try asking a friend or parent to help you out instead? I'm only going to go to the salon to get my hair cut in after it's already been attached to my head.
Out of all the hair-system companies I've come across, I would say that LordHair gets the most negative reviews.
I'm new to hair-systems, and I wouldn't purchase from them. I am willing to change my opinion if more people post reviews about them.
You could try getting your temples SMP'd in a bit. That's what I had done. My temple hair is diffusely thinned, but the layer of SMP underneath makes it look much denser that it already is.
New workers need to be hired, especially those without any previous experience. Naturally, the first wave of systems being put out will be generally lower in quality. This however will improve in time (fingers crossed).
