just wanted to update this thread for anyone whose still interested. 0 tits, 0 sides, still strong, no issues, only difference is now i have hair. Probably back to where i was when i was early 20s. haven't been on here as there is no reason anymore. im down 100mg day and Avadart.

also interested in your dosing. I am splitting 5mg morning and night. Would it be more effective to take 10mg once? Also, how long after starting did you notice improvement? any sheds initially ?

Im a diffuse thinner so its hard to say. It is thinning all over the top mostly, so if this doesn't work im sure ill be totally bald at some point. My hair at the moment is so dry, brittle and lifeless. My hair does seem to go in waves of decency to total sh1t and back. Not sure of the reason...

I haven't noticed side effects from any drug i take including spironolactone. I get Duta prescribed and i get Sprio from Inhouse, which is legit from all accounts (smells funny). Ill probably end up at 200mg at some point as long as I dont see sides. But for all intents and purposes I feel totally normal.

Does a hair have to shed in order to thicken? or can it thicken without shedding and become stronger without falling and having a new hair replace the old brittle hair?

Receding I believe takes more than just spironolactone and at a higher dosage. spironolactone alone at a low dosage won't feminized most males. Also I have very high test naturally. Some docs prescribe spironolactone at 100mg for certain ailments for men.

basically consists of fish, beef, poultry, eggs, cheese and veggies. I haven't broke down my macros per day in a while but its pretty self explanatory. low carb, high fat - protein. usually around 2500-3000 calories per day. Although that varies depending on my fitness goals so its hard to say...

I eat nearly 0 potassium in my diet along with No sugar , gluten, wheat or carbs besides occasional inadvertent consumption. So I would assume my levels arnt elevated as i have no symptoms. But you are right and I will have tests done at my next well visit. I appreciate the response.
