in periods when i have stress i lose much more hair. also in the autumn it gets worse. nizoral has only made it better for me.

i have used nizoral for long periods. i am quite sure it doesnt make you lose hair. the next shower and after that and so on it wont be 15 hairs falling off. Give it time and it will make your scalp more healthy. But it wont stop the loss

let rogaine work for some more months. if it doesnt work, i would try finasteride. i regret i didnt do it on time. now i am 27 and has lost way more than you. (i was in same phase as you in my 20s)

For me nizoral helped for the dandruff a lot...regarding the hairloss i think the speed of loss has gone down after i started with nizoral..maybe its just what i think but it has definitely not made it worse. The qulaity of my hair has gotten better and i feel better which i think helps. I use...
