Has Tsuji claimed it's a cure? That's what trials are for. People have been saying hair cloning is the ultimate treatment for decades. Tsuji has found a way to do that, but any reasonable person understands that it needs to be proven to work in humans before claiming any kind of success.

if anyone actually expected trials to begin when they claimed, you're delusional. I'd bet $$ you can't find a single legit company that didn't delay (often significantly) trials / progress.

Of course it's about money, everything is. You could likely cure most issues with unlimited funding - some would take more time but you can't do it without $$. Companies didn't care previously but it seems more are realizing there's a lot to be made with the right treatment.
