No, but I doubt you would be in any trouble for it. People making them and selling them however probably would. And if they take people's money and don't even send anything to begin with, that's even worse.

As much as it hurts to admit, you're absolutely right. This is the sort of thing my instincts would usually tell me to stay well away from, and I even knew it could well turn out like this, but it's so true about people who are becoming desperate about losing their hair falling for scams time...

I think that's why a lot of people have been reluctant to call him a scammer. If he was just giving us a 5 euro unscented face cream he could have sent it within a week after payment. It seemed like there was some effort being put in.
