I don't think that's the reason. It seems to have to do with other "active" ingredients being used along with the minoxidil and/or even just the use of liposomes. There are some liposomal minoxidil products,(multi-ingred too I'm sure) I've noticed that have been "out of stock" for over a year or...

There looks to be a ml etc thing on the side(it's clear..you can see the liquid) according to the videos. I ended up getting the topical just because it's reasonable and uses liposphere tech..and I haven't used anything in quite some time. May end up getting the brush- depends if I decide to...

They'd talk about it on the website if they used such tech and may even say in the ingredients list. Liposomes...nanosomes...lipospheres...phytosomes...etc.
