I g O I checked myself at dermatologist and run a few test there.. I have no alopecia.. What other reason could be?

Im 19 and suffering from serious diffuse hair loss.. My floor will full of my hair everyday.. I am losing hair at all parts of head including above ear and tail at the back.. Im pretty sure this is not male pattern.. The weird thing is i also lost eyebrows and pubic hair.. I go for a check up...
