Very doubtful a shampoo would help with regrowth. That being said nizoral is the best option, but I don't think it has helped anybody when used alone. Its just not in your scalp long enough.

Good stuff bro. I have the same regimine that you have and so far so good. No regrowth though, but my hair is solid and not falling out. Anybody else use head and shoulders like Deaner is? I might have to make the switch.

I'm now about 3.5 months in. Hair loss seems to have completely stoped. I'm not shedding and I'm not seeing any regrowth. No hairs in the shower or on the pillow. No side effects to report. Things seem to be going smoothly. Now if I can just some regrowth I'll be thrilled.
