Yep, you're clearly receding. Propecia is a bit early right now, I wouldn't mess with your endocrine system at that age. Even at 18 I'm not even considering taking it, but I'm still not sure about my hair loss so that's another story. Same goes for Rogaine, the side effects are not worth it...
