Hi afrik123, yes, I agree! I ahve no idea why the temples differ, my best guess is that its just the same as other body symmetric differences.. like a bigger right foot than left foot..

I´ve been using a skin needling roller (0,5mm) for 3 months now (to increase minoxidil effectiveness) and see some good results. However I am tempted to add 0,025 Retin A gel to further maximise regrowth potential in the temples. My question is if you guys think it is safe to use the dermaroller...

Some new pics, taken oct 29th. Still seing a lot of small vellus hair in the temples, about 1 cm long, however they are so thin, that they are just visible under sun light from certain angles. Hopefully they transform in to more proper dark hairs anytime soon. Overall hair quality is doing fine.

I had a haircut today, not any big change but still a bad decision... I now must use some extra toppik each day for a while as a result.....!

Here is an old pic from end of june 2010, this was probably my worst hair period in my life. I am glad my general hair quality has improved signifivantly since this pic was taken.

Now I use both the dermaroller 0,5mm device (evenings) before applying minoxidil, and Tricomin also about 1 hour after. Morning, only minoxidil as usual. Here´s some pics I took a couple of days ago. Overall hair quality has improved, but it´s still to early to see signs of regrowth. I am sure about...

I decided to not only skin needle roll my temples, now I am rolling the entire scalp. The absorbtion is so much faster, my scalp is now "minoxidil absorbed" and dry about 30 min after application, instead of 1,5 hour as before. Really hope this extra absorbtion eventually turns in to results!!

I started using minoxidil liquid back in 2003, it worked good for the first years, but in 2009 the DHT levels in my body probably grew to large... so I was losing hair again. I had to start finasteride to halt further hair loss (still uses minoxidil today). My point is that you will eventually (most probably)...

Just finished my second session with the skin needle device + minoxidil. And one interesting thing is that less minoxidil "lay on the scalp" after a couple of minutes after application. Seems like the absorbtion is increased!!! Anyone else that also seen this difference?

Got mine yesterday and used it for the first time yesterday evening. I used it gently over my temples, and it was no pain or blood, only stings. Applied minoxidil right after, and no visible side effects, so going to use it in the evenings!! However I guess it is a different story if you push a bit...

Maybe it is just another "to good to be true" product out there to steal our bucks. Would be interesting though to try it out on a small spot for a couple of months, to see if anything happens.

Re: Jjchin's Story (25) - 4 months (Aug update) Hi there!! I can only speak for myself... but although the foam dried quickly, the shedding was unstandable. I think it is differs between individuals. Do you apply it on dry or damp scalp?
