I'm seeing rather mixed opinions online.. Is propecia still effective, knowing that my thinning started 5 yrs ago? God knows how many follicles died already. I cant seem to find information online about the definition of dead hair follicles and if any tests can be done to determine it

Actually I've already accepted the fact that I'm going to lose all my hair sooner or later. I just find it weird that the hair loss process is so uneven. Btw, do diffused male pattern baldness sufferers end up with a bald head eventually? Or will my entire head just look like my current left temple?
