  • Thanks friend. Really will try it.
I am doing massage for last six months and dont see any real benefit so far basides slight thickening on crown area. I do massage my hairline but nothing good has happened . I thought your massaging technique would help me,so I asked. I am thinking to change massage style and I will try your suggestions. Thanks

You're welcome dude! I don't know how far we can go with massage only, but it surely can't hurt. Another thing I'm trying is breathing exercises, slower breathing to promote blood circulation. I used to get really cold hands and feet since I was a kid and this helped me immediately, maybe it can help my scalp circulation too? I guess I'll find out. Wish you the best!

Hey man.I read your regimen .you do hair massage for hair growth. Right??
Could you please tell me which massage you are doing and way to do it? Can you suggest a YouTube video or like that. Any help would be appropriated. Thanks

I do soft hair tugging for a couple of minutes, then I push into the skin and move it around. Your should loosen the skin and warm it up with blood flow, and you shoud do it on the whole scalp. Brush once a day to remove gunk/dead hair. You will shed lots on some days but I've done it for atleast 6 months and it did not get worse.

I then rub along the hairline and temples with my fingertips to brush away the dead skin. Don't do it on your hair.

I haven't lost any ground and I saw some hair slowly thickening along the hairline, and my whole NW1 area is full of vellus that wasn't there before.
