good question, i think that the rogaine foam is on the market since 2007, and i am not sure about the patent length but i think it is somewhere between 10 and 20 years so i wouldn't expect the patent to expire before 2017... maybe even 2027. anyone disagrees with me?

well, nizoral has positive effects on the hair, its growth and its diameter, although not supposed to be enough as a single treatment for aggressive hair loss.
