Never said it wasn't a good product, nor that most people get their device without issue. However, there are several reviews of people online getting harassed for simply asking for a refund or merely asking about the status of their order.

Did they threaten to "publicly blacklist" people who disagreed with them? If so, I have a pretty good idea who it was! :D

My Dr.Pen Ultima A6 arrived yesterday. Charged it up and seems to function properly (i.e., it turns on and I can change speeds). Haven't attached the needles yet as I'm not sure what's better to use. But I do know 1.5 mm is the proper depth. Does anyone know if Nano or the 12 needles are better...

Good point. I thought it said at the beginning of this thread that it was better, but now that I go back and check I don't see it. Maybe it just said Dr.Pen was cheaper so I (perhaps foolishly) assumed it wasn't as good.

There's a lot of different pens out there, my understanding was dr.pen ultima a6 is just a step below so that's what I ended up ordering. I'm definitely not an expert though, so anyone can feel free to correct this.

I'm not sure if the entire operation would qualify as a scam since many people receive their orders without any problems. However, I think it's fair to say there's some very unsavory business practices at the very least (doxing people's names, addresses, phone numbers and pics of those who ask...

Nice, consider yourself lucky, heheh! Not sure if I believe the only hiring autistic people thing from them. I've been doing a few more duckduckgo searches and it looks like all is not what it seems when it comes to that place. I'll post a link in my next post.
