Look into the work of Danny Roddy - he gives a LOT of evidence for the utility of fructuse from fruit. According to the studies he shows (very in depth) fruit is one of the best things you can do for your hair. Youtube him.

I think if you're young, diffuse thinning, and you use dermarolling with anything like zix/minoxidil/propecia - the results could potentially be very impressive. Dermarolling seems to be very very powerful and do really well when mixed with other practices. Look up hairliciously on youtube...

The Gelatin is just the capsule. You'll be discarding that. Rice flour - I'm not sure. But all these p5p supplements seem to have extra fillers in them. The one I ordered has more than that.
