2 weeks of 1.25 proscar, discouraged ugh (pics)

2 weeks is not anywhere near enough time. You've got to give it a year, look at it this way you can take finasteride and possibly grow most of your hair back or maintain what you have, it's also possible it won't work and you'll continue to loose it, If you don't take it, you'll definitely keep loosing...

Minoxidil-Hairgrowth starts from the back and to the front?

How to do it? Minoxidil and propecia seem like the two most proven options.

Minoxidil-Hairgrowth starts from the back and to the front?

I'm not sure Regrowth is easier to achieve on the vertex and they say the temples are the most sensitive to dht so I'd assume it goes from back to front-at least in terms of the results you'd see.

Getting Propecia in the UK (problem)

Go speak to your gp again, but ask to be referred to a dermatologist or try get an appointment with a dermatologist directly. I went to see my gp in early 2010 they had no clue about propecia and I didn't realise you could buy it legit online without a prescription so I waited a year before...

    ukfinasteride.info

I'm curious too, I used this site and have been taking their finpecia for the past 9 months with no visible regrowth. I hope it's legit. Can anyone who has had success with the finasteride from here chime in? Thanks

Four Months on Minoxidil- no improvements

This post got a lot of views but no response so I'll try chime in. I'd stick with it, I don't know if you'll see results but the general advice is to give it a year. I've been taking it for 8momths and as far as I can see there hasn't been much change, I did have a shed so I'm hopeful that the...

When do the effects of Rogaine peak?

I don't think it works like that. If I remember the graph I seen correctly regrowth peaks around 12 months, definitely not 4 but regrowth may be seen at month 4. S if you are having good results now stick with it, it should get better.

    Rogaine

I wash everyday, you could maybe get away with it if you were just using the foam but I think their would be a noticeable buildup. With the liquid you'd definitely want to wash your hair everday, it's really greasy

    Rogaine

I wouldn't get it from boots, it's crazy expensive! Order it online from amazon or google minixodil uk and the first link should be good. It costs around 50 to 60 for a 4 month supply (boots is 35 pounds for a one month supply) Also it's worth saying that if your hair loss is in a larger...

    Missing a few days

So I ran out of rogaine on Thursday and I'm waiting on some more being delivered, I haven't applied it for 2 days and tomorrow is a Sunday so that will be 3 assuming it comes on Monday, is this going to cause me problems? Missing applications like this? Cheers

    Give up?

Hey guys, So I've been on finasteride for 6 months now and rogaine for 5, the problem is I haven't seen any results just further loss by the looks of things. My hairline has receded a bit more and I've continued to thin on top. I seemed to go through some sort of shed at month 2 not sure if it was the...

Thinning since 13. Is there any hope for me? (pictures)

No one has asked about it starting at 13? Surely if it truly did start at 13 it can't be male pattern baldness? But some other form of alopecia? Just curious but I thought the earliest male pattern baldness could kick in was 18
