i don't have that much to complain about but for me having had great hair i decided to start this just at cusp of some thinning. my worry is did i accelerate myself needlessly say 5 yrs in starting to fight a battle that could have been postponed..... its just a shock to see hair shedding so...

so you're saying in over a year your hair looked like it did pre-shed? was it better than before you started?
