Hi rclark, thanks for your reply. Yes I agree shampoo / over washing hair isnt great. Currently I use shampoo twice a week and was going to go to 3 times a week with Nizerol. Sounds like its best to stay off the Ketoconazole then.

I wanted to also ask if its ok to put on conditioner straight after the Nizoral? I put the Nizoral on for 2-3 minutes and then wash out, after that I have been using conditioner - will this affect the Nizoral's effect? Also can any one can recommend any good conditioners?
