I highly doubt you can get gyno from 4 pills, its probably psychosomatic..don't underestimate your brain :)

I wouldn't play around with the dosage if I were you, as someone else mentioned above there is no difference in DHT inhibition between 1.25 and 2.5 mg. finasteride is a flat dose response drug. I know you can get over ambitious and think you can gain more (i have been there) but it is not worth it. Look...
I experienced the same thing after ~2 years on finasteride. Gyno lumps usually take 1-2 years to really settle in. feel around your nipple and try to find glandular tissue.As long as you are off finasteride, it should slowly resolve. Nolvadex should help with the process as it is an estrogen receptor blocker...
