Yeah, I don't understand this because people haven't taken finasteride for long enough to see the long term side effects or whether it would reduce life expectancy in any way.

Is there any evidence of the long term side effects of finasteride? Is it likely to cause cancer later in life, or are you much more prone to get ED later in life due to finasteride? What scares me with Finasteride is that, let's say I get no sides for 5 years on the drug, then start getting big sides...
