I've noticed that in the past few months I've seen many different sizes of hair strands fall. Before it used to be longer hairs that fell, now short hairs, long hairs, and medium-sized hairs fall. I have been stressed about hair loss, maybe stress? Has anyone had any similar experiences? Thank you.

Thank you, I mainly shaved to address some inflamed spots on my scalp and supposedly laser treatment works better with a shaved head. Although density looks good, I was noticing some sparse areas when I parted hair while combing.

Went to dermatologist a few months ago, he said I showed signs of thinning. Don’t know if it’s diet because I’m vegetarian, all thyroid levels were good. My testosterone was low normal, no one in family has male pattern baldness. Chronic telogen effluvium? Idk at this point. Any help is appreciated and thanks.
