My hair is fairly thick all over except in that one line area of my crown. I know wearing hats doesn't cause balding I just meant when I wear hats especially if I put one on when my hair is damp it flattens it out and makes it appear less thick

Hey all I don't know what the heck is going on but I have a weird line on my head in front of my cowlick and the back of it and I googled everything I could and came up with nothing is this a normal sign of male pattern baldness or just the way my hair grows ? I did wear a hat all day if that counts for anything
