Different light in before and after pics. One month is nothing to evaluate an hair treatment. If you aren't willing to try finasteride, what do you plan to do?
I think your hairline is normal, there shouldn't be anything to worry about in the meantime. Doesn't look receded imo and you seem to have a nice density as well.
Sometimes there are other causes of hair loss and bad hair besides Androgenetic Alopecia like stress, lack of sleep, eating habits, lack of nutrition...
Can you provide other pictures? Its hard to tell. Try different angles of both sides. Like one on each side, one front and one top.
Do you notice your hair thinner/less density?
Of course, finasteride increases testosterone so unless you have a below normal testosterone it wont do much for you (can make it worse).
If you have indeed acne, oily skin and body hair increase I think It becomes evident that it's having more pro androgenic effects than the opposite. I've...
I'm going to say something that probably a lot of people won't agree but I think you have to think clearly about it.
Are you willing to lose your hair for the rest of your life? Are you willing to be bald or use hair systems/whatever?
I know its a burden so suffer from androgenetic alopecia...
it looks receded to me from the second picture. You need to be aware of the hair you shed. If you are indeed losing hair, its important to start working on it asap.
Humm thats weird, but my advice is to stick to it to at least 1 year. In the meantime you may add some other treatments if you feel like it. If after a year you still feel the same way about finasteride, then you're pretty much fucked. As I've said there are other treatments but the cost is greater.
Dude, you either commit to your transplant and try to maintain or rather keep your money. Buy an hair system instead.
Im not sure you realize there is no other options available at this moment
I mean, if you are considering keeping your hair (and money) for another 20 years you need to find a way to maintain your hair and your grafts. If not finasteride it has to be something else that does the job without side effects - which, at this moment, is very hard/impossible imo.
Something...
If you are a bad responder probably you'll have to tackle testosterone itself first. You dont really have an option here: either you are lucky and respond to finasteride or duta, or you'll have to go for more extreme treatments. Those are your only options, none is pleasant but thats the only way to...
Tbh, everything has got its price. I would trade 100% a pair of nice tits like those for a head full of hair and probably most of the people here would too. (:P)
I really thought it would be so much worse than that.
Does it eventually go away without surgery?
Would you consider it gyno?
More or like the same as mine.
Im actually confused about this. I maybe had the wrong idea gyno was mainly adipose layering around the mammary glands area, which is compatible with the average chubby/fat person (although some people have bigger titties than others)...
